A special local authority building project is taking shape in Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße: a new fire station and a modern nursery are being built on a shared site. Whilst the fire station is being constructed using robust, solid-structure building methods, the nursery is being built using modern timber construction techniques and will, in future, offer space for up to 56 children across an area of around 620 m².
In nurseries, SIHGA Monitorix® helps to continuously monitor sensitive areas and detect damp at an early stage.
Continuous moisture monitoring highlights critical changes before they can lead to more serious damage. Monitorix® thus complements sustainable timber construction with a digital component for long-term quality assurance.
