Orakelix
New product from Sihga makes terrace construction easier
SIHGA GmbH now presents a new tool for terrace construction: Orakelix®. The product, which is manufactured in Austria, not only determines the precise height position during the construction of a terrace, but also improves the ergonomics of terrace support adjustment. At the same time, the new product offers time savings of 20 to 30 percent when adjusting and creating the substructure.
Accuracy is key when building decking - millimetre precision is required here. In order for craftsmen to achieve a high-quality result, the tool must be reliable. With Orakelix®, SIHGA offers a product for efficient decking construction that makes accurate and ergonomic work possible. The patented system is also ideal for taking measurements.
Practical and convenient
Orakelix® is equipped with an inner and outer longitudinal section. These can be moved lengthways and have a precise measuring scale and markings. This enables the height to be determined precisely and the JustiFix type and the corresponding adapters to be read accurately. This enables the correct product to be selected immediately. JustiFix is an adjustable foot from SIHGA that has been developed to compensate for unevenness and create a solid base for the installation of decking substructures. It also eliminates the need for tedious replacement and laborious twisting on and off or inserting and removing adapters.
The well thought-out design and the integration of a turning mechanism on the leveling rod ensure quick and accurate prediction of the JustiFix types required and allow the JustiFix decking supports to be easily adjusted while standing - without having to bend down. The ergonomic approach is easy on the back and contributes to a more comfortable working environment. Time savings of up to 30 percent are also possible when adjusting.
Quick and easy operation
Once the receiver has been aligned and fixed to the 0.00 mark, the laser is positioned at the lowest point of the terrace area. Now Orakelix® comes into play: the product is placed on the finished terrace level using the base plate. The rubber wheel is then adjusted until the laser receiver is at laser level and the screw can be tightened. The decking thickness, distance and substructure height are then set and fixed. The JustiFix types can then also be determined quickly: Once the base plate of the Orakelix® has been placed on the first position of the adjustment foot and the laser receiver is at laser level, the JustiFix type and the number of adapters can be read off. The next step is to position the adjustment foot types with the possible adapters.
Orakelix® is a reliable, practical and labor-saving tool for terrace builders. Its versatile functionality and precise measurements make it a valuable tool for professional craftsmen.
