Moisture early warning system - Home package incl. 3 years software access

Like an alarm system, this system warns you if moisture enters the structure of the house, for example if a washing machine connection leaks or a sink connection is faulty, etc. The package can be used to monitor up to 8 possible measuring points in the interior. It is a humidity sensor system that is installed on the bare ceiling under water installation points and is connected to a central output system in the distribution box. The latter sends the data to evaluation software, which displays the monitoring in the form of a traffic light system. If "green", everything is dry and in order; if "red", there is an accumulation of moisture over a defined period of time. (If "yellow", the system is offline). However, it is not necessary to keep a constant eye on the traffic light, because if it switches to red, you and we at ELK will receive a notification by e-mail and we will contact you in an emergency. As this system is an early warning system, you can ask your insurance company to take this into account in your insurance rates. At the end of the 3 years, an extension must be requested directly from the manufacturer.
