Building physics in timber construction
and use of sensor technology (IoT)
This seminar is only available in German
Timber construction offers many pleasant advantages and is on the upswing. In order to the best possible service life of the constructions, appropriate expertise in the field of building in the field of building physics is a prerequisite. This seminar focuses on thermal and moisture protection This seminar focuses on thermal and moisture protection in timber construction.
"The devil is in the detail" - this realisation gave rise to the condetti training method, in which seminar participants receive theoretical input in short presentations by the well-known experts Robert Borsch-Laaks and Martin Teibinger. Immediately afterwards, detailed solutions are developed together in workshops. Ideally, timber constructors work together with specialist planners and architects - just like in the real world.
The biggest enemy of timber construction is water. In planning and execution, you therefore try to prevent moisture accumulation in the construction as much as possible through water vapour convection and diffusion. In this seminar, you will be shown how sensors (moisture sensors) can be used to provide additional protection for timber construction, as a long service life is ultimately the most important prerequisite for sustainability.
Target group: Timber constructors, architects, construction technicians, construction managers, specialist planners, suppliers
Participants: Participation is limited to 40 people.
Participation is based on the order of registration.
