The prize is a SIHGA® package, consisting of:
  • 1x installation pack (200 pcs.) L-GoFix MS (5.0 x 70 AD 28mm) incl. pencil and bit.
  • 1x installation pack (200 pcs.) GoFix MS II (5.0 x 70) incl. pencil and bit.
  • 1x SIHGA cover

Terms and conditions of participation in the Instagram
competition:

This competition is organized by SIHGA GmbH | Gewerbepark Kleinreith 4 | 4694 Ohlsdorf bei Gmunden | Austria as the operator of the ”sihgagmbh” Instagram account (“Organizer”). Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

This competition is not connected to Instagram (Meta) and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram (Meta). The sole point of contact and responsible party is the organizer.

Participation in the competition is free of charge, voluntary and not associated with any purchase obligation. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 by the start of the competition, with the cut-off date of 1 December 2024, are eligible to participate. Participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted. Employees of SIHGA GmbH are excluded from the draw.
Participation in the competition is subject to the participation criteria, which are stated in the post. Posts/comments that violate Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon becoming known. The participant is thereby excluded from the draw.

Drawing of the prizes

The draw will take place after the end of the implementation period, excluding the public and ensuring a random principle. The winner will be notified by the organizer by private message. Winners must send their contact and address data to the “sihgagmbh” Instagram account by private message within one day (from the notification of the win). The winner is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data sent. There is no obligation to accept the prize. If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within the above-mentioned period, their claim to the prize will lapse without substitution and a replacement winner will be determined using the same procedure. It is not possible to make a cash payment, a payment in other material assets or to exchange the prize. Prizes are not transferable to third parties.

Miscellaneous

The organizer is generally not liable for the accuracy and completeness of all information and reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will in particular make use of this option if, for technical or other reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The participant has no right to redress, compensation or other claims against the organizer.

The prizes mentioned will be awarded only once. There is no right of appeal and no cash alternative. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, SIHGA GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition with immediate effect. The closing date for entries is 05.12.2024 at 23:59. The draw will take place on 06.12.2024.

In the event of disputes, Austrian law shall apply exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Austria or moves their place of residence abroad after participating, the organizer's registered office is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

Privacy notice The personal data of the competition participants will not be stored by the organizer. The winners will be notified of the win and asked to send their personal data (e.g. address) to “sihga.austria”/“sihga.gmbh” by means of a personal message. The personal data of the winners will only be used for the administration of the prize, but will not be stored, processed or transmitted for advertising purposes. The legal basis for data processing in the context of competitions is generally Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. It is not possible to enter the competition without this data.

Recipients/categories of recipients

We will only disclose your data to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the competition (e.g. sending the prize via a logistics company) or for the publication of the winners. We will not transfer your data to third parties in any other way.

Storage period

After the competition has ended and the winners have been announced, the personal data of the participants will be deleted. The data of the winners will be stored for the duration of the legal warranty claims in the case of material prizes, in order to arrange for a repair or replacement in the event of a defect.
