This is where the Sihga Pocket Traverse beam comes into play, an innovative accessory in a handy format that is not only easy to transport, but also offers optimized load distribution. The Pocket spreader beam enables two lifting accessories to be connected, allowing double the load to be lifted. With its special, patent-pending geometry, it ensures even load distribution to each lifting point at lifting angles between 0 and 45 degrees.

Special geometry for optimum load distribution

With a weight of just 16.5 kilograms and a length of 652 millimetres, the Pocket Traverse is easy to handle and available everywhere. The two single-strand chain slings with a length of 1,000 millimeters enable versatile use. Thanks to the shortening claws on the chains, the spreader beam can also be used safely for challenging geometries. The patented geometry ensures that the load is evenly distributed to each attachment point - a decisive factor for stability and safety during lifting work.

Versatile application options

The Pocket Traverse beam is suitable for vertical lifting and lowering and can be used both indoors and outdoors, with an operating and storage temperature of minus 20 to plus 80 degrees Celsius. By coupling two load handling attachments, double the load can be lifted effortlessly. With an impressive load capacity of 2,500 kilograms, the lifting beam enables elements weighing up to 5,000 kilograms to be lifted when two lifting beams are combined. It can also be used as a compensating rocker for four-strand lifting, which means that all four chain strands can be used to carry the same load.

Durability and safety

The Pocket Traverse beam is characterized by a long service life of up to 16,000 load cycles and requires only minimal maintenance. In accordance with work equipment regulations, it is subject to an annual inspection, which also guarantees safety. The CE marking confirms conformity with all relevant standards and therefore offers maximum safety.
